What Is Heads of State?

Heads of State: The chief public representative of a country, such as a president or king (monarch), who may also be the head of government. 

 

Heads of State: The Rule of Female Kings is a governmental summons and royal edict from the Eternal King, sent to His chosen rulers throughout the land. Through this annual legislative & governing body, He convenes the 'most wise & skillful' of His Female Sons to discourse and deliberate on vital issues concerning the State of Affairs across the earth.

 

For the last two years, this regal assembly has taken place in Washington DC. Through Heads of State historic archives are being written by the “finger of God” concerning the Woman. This august body is comprised of Apostolic-Prophetic women on the ‘Frontlines of Change, who hear the call of the King and are ready to rule and reign in their spheres of influence across 7 continents. By utilizing their royal scepters and regal wisdom, this grand assembly of women leaders (and male champions)  are able to address the ills and needs of the global family with measurable results and unified success. Heads of State is an affiliate of W.A.I.L. Worldwide, Inc. (Women of Apostolic Intelligence and Legacy) and convenes in the annually in fall of the year.
