Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – TJC Apostolic Cohort

1. What is the TJC Apostolic Cohort?

The TJC Apostolic Cohort is a 12-month intensive training and coaching program designed to equip and empower women in their Kingdom assignments. Through mentorship, teaching, and community engagement, we focus on spiritual growth, leadership development, and apostolic pioneering.

2. What is the time commitment for the program?

Participants should expect to engage in regular training sessions, coaching calls, and personal development assignments. While flexibility is provided, we encourage full commitment to maximize the benefits of the program.

3. What happens if I need to cancel my membership?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the structured nature of the cohort and the investment in each participant, we have a No-Spontaneous-Cancellation Policy. If you need to withdraw, we require a 30-day written notice. Once your cancellation correspondence is received and date stamped at our company email address: info@wailworldwide.com, your membership will end 30-days from the date of that  notice; and your recurring payment will be suspended in the system on that date. We will also schedule a formal exit consultation to discuss your decision and to release you with supportive prayer and farewell.

4. Is there a refund policy for early withdrawal?

No, there are no refunds for early withdrawals. All membership fees are considered an investment in your personal and spiritual growth. If you choose to exit, you will forfeit any remaining membership benefits.

5. Can I pause my membership and rejoin later?

Our program is designed as a 12-month continuous commitment, and we do not offer a pause-and-return option. If an emergency arises, we encourage participants to communicate with their cohort leader to explore possible solutions.

6. What happens if a member stops attending without notice?

Unnotified absences for more than 60 days may result in automatic removal from the program. If a participant wishes to rejoin, they must undergo a reinstatement process, including a review of their commitment level.

7. What if I experience personal hardship during the cohort?

We understand that life happens. If you experience unexpected challenges, we encourage you to reach out to our leadership team as soon as possible. We are committed to supporting our members through prayer, counsel, and guidance.

8. Are payment plans available?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to accommodate different financial situations. Please contact us to discuss available options.

9. Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

No, memberships are non-transferable. Each participant is selected based on their personal calling and commitment to the program.

10. What makes this cohort different from other training programs?

The TJC Apostolic Cohort is a Spirit-led, Kingdom-driven initiative designed specifically for women called to apostolic leadership. We provide personalized coaching, mentorship, and a strong sisterhood of like-minded leaders, ensuring that every participant is equipped for long-term impact.
